Customer Survey System
Ask useful questions.
Get answers you can use.
Collect focused feedback at relevant moments through web, email or product touchpoints. AiDU configures survey questions, branching and response routing around the decisions your team needs to make.
Built around your team and the tools they use. We agree the scope, ownership and approval rules before connecting the workflow.
THE WORK TO CONNECT
A survey should begin with a decision, not a long question list.
Customers are more likely to provide useful context when questions are timely and relevant. The system keeps the survey focused, adapts approved follow-up questions and delivers responses in a form your team can use.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
From your context to a useful outcome.
Define the research need
Agree the decision, audience, sampling approach and information needed before building the survey.
Adapt approved questions
Use response-based branching to ask relevant follow-ups while respecting the agreed question set and survey length.
Coordinate collection
Deliver through supported channels with invitation and repetition rules, keeping respondent context where permitted.
Prepare findings and actions
Summarise response patterns, show sample limitations and route individual follow-up requests to the right owner.
ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW
From onboarding feedback to a specific service improvement.
One example of the workflow we can configure around your tools, source material and review process.
A customer reaches an agreed onboarding milestone.
The system checks eligibility and whether a recent survey has already been sent.
A short survey asks about the experience and branches on the response.
Answers are stored with the permitted context and relevant follow-up requests are routed.
A summary groups recurring issues and makes response numbers visible.
The team reviews the findings and adjusts onboarding or investigates further.
MANAGED END TO END
Agree the inputs. Make the output useful.
Your inputs
Research objectives, audience criteria, approved questions, channel access and response-handling rules.
Your outcome
Structured responses and a findings summary with sample limits and assigned follow-up actions.
Ongoing operation
AiDU reviews the agreed connections, output quality and exceptions. Changes to your tools or source material feed into a controlled update process.
HUMAN CONTROL
Clear ownership at every step.
The agreed routine work
Deliver approved surveys, apply branching and summarise responses.
The decisions that need you
Approve research objectives, question wording and any customer follow-up.
The exceptions to resolve
Route complaints, sensitive answers and requests for help to a person.
A STRONG FIT WHEN
Your team recognises these gaps.
- Surveys are too long or disconnected from a clear decision.
- Responses sit in spreadsheets without follow-up.
- Different customer journeys need different questions.
QUESTIONS
What to know before you start.
Does AI invent questions during the survey?
The starting setup uses approved questions and branching rules. Any generated follow-up wording needs an agreed scope and validation before use.
Can it run through our existing survey tool?
We assess the tool’s integration and branching support. Existing tools can be connected where they support the required workflow.
Are the results statistically representative?
That depends on sampling, response rates and survey design. The system reports those limits and does not treat voluntary responses as a representative sample by default.
How do we get started?
We agree the outcome, assess your existing tools and source material, and define the first workflow. The starting configuration is agreed before onboarding; additional integration or production work is scoped separately.
What does AiDU manage after launch?
AiDU maintains the agreed workflow and connections, reviews exceptions and output quality, and incorporates your feedback. Your team retains the business decisions and approvals defined during setup.
