Customers should not have to explain the same problem twice. AiDU connects approved knowledge, useful handovers and customer feedback so your team can respond with context.
Managed AI systems with clear knowledge boundaries and an agreed route to a person.
THE OUTCOMES TO WORK TOWARDS
- More consistent answers from approved knowledge
- Useful context when a person needs to take over
- Recurring customer issues made easier to see
Customer service
Every question carries context worth keeping.
Answers sit across documents and people's experience. Feedback arrives through different channels, and repeated issues are hard to spot. We help make approved knowledge usable, preserve the context of a handover and turn recurring questions into evidence for improvement.
WHERE AiDU HELPS
Connect the recurring work.
Make approved knowledge usable
Define which sources the system can use, who owns them and when an answer needs review. Start with clear boundaries for the questions it should handle.
Give the handover context
The existing website conversational agent can pass summaries and unresolved questions to your team. Wider helpdesk or service connections are scoped as custom work.
Find the recurring issue
Bring permitted feedback together with its source and customer context. Group related themes and retain examples so your team can judge the evidence.
Connect feedback to customer decisions
Review agreed satisfaction, usage and account signals to highlight potential risk or growth opportunities. Your team validates the interpretation and chooses the action.
ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW
From a repeated question to a better service response.
A possible starting configuration using website conversations and permitted feedback.

Clear boundaries. A useful route to your team.
Your team owns the knowledge, customer commitments and sensitive decisions. AiDU manages the agreed system and monitors exceptions. Unknown answers, disputed information and requests outside scope follow defined escalation rules. Ticket changes, refunds and account actions require separately agreed authority.
QUESTIONS
Questions from customer service teams.
Useful answers, clear handovers and the boundaries that protect customer trust.
Which customer questions can the system handle?
The existing website conversational agent answers questions from approved knowledge, such as product, pricing and implementation information. We define the topics and boundaries during setup. Wider service requests or account actions need their own scope.
What happens when it cannot answer or someone wants a person?
We define a fallback and a route to your team. Missing or uncertain knowledge should be flagged, and useful conversation context passed on. The system should not invent an answer to avoid a handover.
How do we keep its answers up to date?
Your team identifies the approved sources and the person responsible for them. We agree how changes are reviewed and brought into the system. Repeated questions and unresolved conversations can highlight guidance that needs updating.
Is this a complete helpdesk platform?
The existing conversational system handles website questions and contextual handovers. It does not establish a complete helpdesk replacement. Ticket management, internal service assistance and wider helpdesk actions are separate scope decisions.
Can it connect to our helpdesk or CRM?
We assess the available APIs, data and permissions before proposing a connection. We define what information should move, where it should go and who owns the handover. Broader service integrations are scoped as custom work.
Can it issue refunds or change a customer account?
Those are sensitive business actions and are not implied by an answer or conversation handover. Refunds, ticket changes and account updates require separately agreed authority, checks and approval rules.
How does customer feedback become useful?
The Customer Feedback Analysis System groups permitted feedback into recurring themes while retaining source context and representative examples. Your team can then judge which issues need investigation, better guidance or a change in the service process.
How do we measure service quality?
We agree measures for the supported task, such as answer quality, handover completeness, unresolved questions and repeated issues. Your team validates the customer context and decides which improvements to make.
