A reusable system that recreates product visuals from approved layouts, SKU data and product assets, delivering editable Canva designs ready to export.
Built together with Berlin Creative Studio. Around 500 creatives delivered across SKUs in the initial batch, with the system available for further products that fit the predefined pipelines.
The challenge

Callebaut’s product visuals needed to reflect different SKUs, packaging formats and product details while following the approved template layouts.
Recreating those images manually meant updating product names, percentages, weights, label text, colours and imagery for each SKU. Bags, boxes, buckets and other formats brought their own layout requirements.
That repeated design assembly took around 20 minutes per SKU. The creative structure was already defined, but applying it across the products still required hands-on production.

Both Berlin Creative Studio and the Callebaut team reviewed the outputs. The project team reports 100% accuracy for product data, assets and layout in the reviewed outputs from the predefined pipelines.
As the system improved over time, review effort became negligible for those pipelines. New pipeline requirements are handled through ongoing system servicing.
