Sales Follow-up System
Keep opportunities moving
after every conversation.
Turn meeting notes, buyer emails and CRM context into follow-up your team can act on. AiDU connects commitments, open questions and agreed next steps so useful conversations do not disappear into a backlog.
Built around your team and the tools they use. We agree the scope, ownership and approval rules before connecting the workflow.
THE WORK TO CONNECT
A good meeting needs a next step that actually happens.
A recap alone cannot keep a deal moving. Someone needs to answer the technical question, involve the missing stakeholder and deliver what was promised. The system keeps those actions connected to the opportunity and its owner.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
From your context to a useful outcome.
Capture commitments
Read permitted notes and email threads to distinguish buyer requests, seller promises and unresolved questions. Keep the supporting context attached.
Prepare the response
Draft a relevant follow-up using the agreed next steps and approved resources. Flag missing facts instead of filling them in.
Coordinate the work
Propose CRM updates, owners and due dates. Apply permitted updates and create tasks within the rules your sales team approves.
Watch outstanding actions
Check whether agreed actions are complete and flag overdue commitments or a missing next meeting to the opportunity owner.
ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW
From a discovery call to a completed follow-up.
One example of the workflow we can configure around your tools, source material and review process.
A discovery call ends with a request for integration details and a pricing discussion.
The system reviews the notes alongside the opportunity record and recent emails.
It identifies the unanswered technical question, promised material and agreed next meeting.
A draft recap and proposed tasks go to the account owner for review.
Approved updates and tasks reach the CRM; the follow-up is sent through the agreed process.
Outstanding commitments are checked and the owner receives a reminder when action is overdue.
MANAGED END TO END
Agree the inputs. Make the output useful.
Your inputs
Permitted meeting notes, email threads, opportunity records, approved sales material and task ownership rules.
Your outcome
A reviewed buyer follow-up, assigned actions and an opportunity record that reflects what was agreed.
Ongoing operation
AiDU reviews the agreed connections, output quality and exceptions. Changes to your tools or source material feed into a controlled update process.
HUMAN CONTROL
Clear ownership at every step.
The agreed routine work
Extract actions, prepare drafts and flag overdue commitments.
The decisions that need you
Review outbound messages, commercial promises and material deal-stage changes.
The exceptions to resolve
Refer conflicting notes, unclear ownership and unsupported answers to the account owner.
A STRONG FIT WHEN
Your team recognises these gaps.
- Follow-ups depend on a rep finding time after a busy day.
- Buyer questions and internal tasks get lost between email and CRM.
- Managers cannot easily see which opportunities lack a next step.
QUESTIONS
What to know before you start.
How is this different from the Email Marketing System?
This system works on active sales opportunities and individual commitments. Email marketing manages campaign audiences and recurring sequences. The two can share context while keeping ownership and sending rules separate.
Does it send follow-ups automatically?
The starting workflow prepares drafts for rep approval. Any automatic sending is agreed separately for specific message types, recipients and conditions.
Can it work without recorded calls?
Yes. Written meeting notes and permitted email context can be used. The system flags gaps when the available record does not support a conclusion.
How do we get started?
We agree the outcome, assess your existing tools and source material, and define the first workflow. The starting configuration is agreed before onboarding; additional integration or production work is scoped separately.
What does AiDU manage after launch?
AiDU maintains the agreed workflow and connections, reviews exceptions and output quality, and incorporates your feedback. Your team retains the business decisions and approvals defined during setup.
