Customer Feedback Analysis System
Understand the patterns
behind customer feedback.
Connect reviews, surveys, interviews and service conversations to see recurring needs and friction. AiDU turns scattered feedback into sourced findings for product, marketing and customer teams.
Built around your team and the tools they use. We agree the scope, ownership and approval rules before connecting the workflow.
THE WORK TO CONNECT
The loudest comment is not always the most important pattern.
Feedback arrives through different channels and from different kinds of customers. The system preserves that context, groups related themes and helps your team distinguish repeated issues from isolated experiences.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
From your context to a useful outcome.
Bring feedback together
Import permitted feedback with source, date and relevant customer or segment context. Remove duplicates where possible.
Group recurring themes
Identify needs, objections, requests and friction points, with representative examples attached to each theme.
Assess the evidence
Separate frequency from importance, show coverage gaps and avoid presenting a small sample as the voice of every customer.
Route useful findings
Prepare briefs for the team best placed to investigate or respond, then follow up on changes and later feedback.
ONE POSSIBLE WORKFLOW
From repeated support questions to a product improvement brief.
One example of the workflow we can configure around your tools, source material and review process.
Support cases and survey answers repeatedly mention a difficult setup step.
The system groups the related feedback and links to representative source records.
It checks affected segments and separates duplicate reports from distinct customers.
A brief describes the friction, evidence, uncertainty and possible questions to investigate.
The product or service owner reviews the finding and agrees an action.
Later feedback is compared to see whether the same issue continues to appear.
MANAGED END TO END
Agree the inputs. Make the output useful.
Your inputs
Permitted survey responses, reviews, support cases, interviews and agreed customer segments.
Your outcome
A theme brief with examples, affected segments, evidence limits and a responsible owner.
Ongoing operation
AiDU reviews the agreed connections, output quality and exceptions. Changes to your tools or source material feed into a controlled update process.
HUMAN CONTROL
Clear ownership at every step.
The agreed routine work
Group feedback, prepare summaries and route recurring themes.
The decisions that need you
Keep roadmap priorities and customer commitments with the responsible team.
The exceptions to resolve
Flag sensitive feedback, ambiguous sentiment and samples too weak for a confident conclusion.
A STRONG FIT WHEN
Your team recognises these gaps.
- Feedback is split between support, research and account teams.
- Teams debate priorities without a shared evidence base.
- Useful customer language rarely reaches messaging and product decisions.
QUESTIONS
What to know before you start.
Is this the same as running customer surveys?
No. This system analyses feedback from existing sources. The Customer Survey System collects new responses and can feed them into this analysis.
Can it analyse different languages?
Language coverage is agreed during setup and checked against representative feedback. Original wording stays available so reviewers can inspect ambiguous interpretations.
Does a frequent complaint automatically become a priority?
No. Frequency is one input. Your team weighs customer impact, segment relevance, commercial context and the confidence of the evidence.
How do we get started?
We agree the outcome, assess your existing tools and source material, and define the first workflow. The starting configuration is agreed before onboarding; additional integration or production work is scoped separately.
What does AiDU manage after launch?
AiDU maintains the agreed workflow and connections, reviews exceptions and output quality, and incorporates your feedback. Your team retains the business decisions and approvals defined during setup.
